Things that have shaped me have lead me to becoming an Executive Coach.
Hello. This is my personal journey. My name is Katy Kennedy. I am originally from the UK and now live in Dusseldorf, Germany. I moved to Germany for my husband’s job and came with our family.
Is my personal journey similar to yours?
My personal journey is probably similar to yours. I am a working mum who has to do everything! I can have clients all day and a busy life volunteering in the community. Yet still want to have bedtime with my boys. I struggle with trying to fit all my life into the day.
I love working with private clients who are struggling with their career and could be at a life and career crossroads. Coaching is about supporting clients create their clear focused future plan.
I work as an International Executive Coach. That means I coach people virtually or face to face. I help them with their career personal development.
I have been working as an executive coach since April 2015. But my coaching experience spans a further 11 years within large corporations and SMEs.

I have two boys who are amazing, frustrating and a wonderful influence on my life and career! Of course, we also got a Lockdown Dog – Lucy who is a gold retriever.
I worked in various Operational roles in the UK. When I moved to Dusseldorf, I found that being a stay at home mum was not for me! I wanted to use those experiences. I support other people who were going through the same struggles.
